These past few months I've been working on putting together a mini collection. I've always wanted to work with knitwear so I got in contact with a local manufacturer (with a big thank you to The Textile and Fashion Hub in Richmond). I was super nervous as I've never designed knit from scratch before, but they were fantastic at guiding me and making sure I was getting what I wanted.
If you've been following me on social media you've probably seen some of these images. They are the samples I had made up before going into production. I wanted to wear each one myself before finalising anything to ensure their comfort and quality. Each one is made of Australian Merino Wool and beautifully made and finished. They are knitted to shape to create almost no wastage.

In designing this mini collection, my thought process ran through themes of symmetry, straight lines on flowing silhouettes, the fluidity of power, and ideas of royalty, spoken through texture, colour, and drape.
The soft purple, electric blue, and bright gold give a distinct identity while the charcoal grey throughout lends a more subtle touch which can blend into an outfit and yet give a strong statement.
Although the collection is still in production I wanted to open up the store - an exciting moment for me.
Leave me a comment! And if you have any questions about ordering, please don't hesitate to contact me!
